Team Coordination - Choosing a colour palette is
the perfect way to co-ordinate your entire team
Black - Glamorous & Dramatic
70% of all fashion items sold in the UK are black, so more than half the population
can't be wrong. In a working environment this colour communicates sophisticated
professionalism, as well as hiding a multitude of sins - great news all round.
Black works well with almost every colour, but looks particularly good with bright
vibrant colours like reds, pinks, blues and greens, which can be used as an accent
colour to relax the severity of the black.
Simon Jersey's black suiting is available in a wide range of high quality fabrics.
This can be co-ordinate with print, checked or plain blouses, and it looks fab with
an open collar plain white shirt and a flame scarf. And to coordinate male colleagues
how about adding a plain white shirt, grey stripe tie and classic waistcoat in cherry
red?
In the restaurant the chef can co-ordinate with the waiting by combining traditional
style chefs' jacket in black with the black and white multi check trousers, apron
& cap. The waiting staff can then look modern and minimalist with the black
mandarin collar blouse and shirt. This looks great matched with the basic long apron
in black. Or for a more casual look add laid-back style with a black crinkle blouse
or granddad collar fitted t-shirt.
Add a touch of glamour in the spa with the best-selling asymmetric tunic and bootleg
trouser or an understated chambray tunic and trouser in charcoal.
