Facebook Users 'Like' UK's Most Stylish Salon

The country's most stylish salon has been found following a competition on social networking site Facebook.

The pioneering corporate clothing specialist Simon Jersey, part of the Kwintet Group – Europe's largest workwear, PPE and corporate wear uniform supplier, announced Bolton-based Zest Nails and Beauty as the trendiest team in the UK following a poll of its Facebook fans.

Thanks to their style and fashion-forwardness Zest received £400 of Red Letter day vouchers and £100 worth of Simon Jersey garments. You can see the video of the presentation of the award here

Simon Jersey's managing director, Shane Bray, said: "With many of our clients based in this industry, we thought we would give the Hair and Beauty sector a chance to celebrate for practising what they preach and striving to be as stylish as possible. Clare Gobin is the manager at Zest Nails and Beauty. She said: "It was such a pleasant surprise. Our clients do compliment us on our uniforms and the salons décor, and we have put a lot of effort into creating a homely vibe so people are relaxed when they visit us, but we never expected anything like this.

"We have used Simon Jersey for our work outfits for a long time now so it is great to get the recognition from such a prestigious brand too."

To match the earthy and natural colours of décor in the salon, Clare dresses her team in the Simon Jersey asymmetrical tunic with light olive trim, continuing the feel of a relaxed environment. Clare and her team can now refresh their existing outfits, and have purchased a House of Fraser shopping spree with their Red Letter Day vouchers.

"My sister, who also works at the salon, is getting married next month so we are going to go on a shopping trip to get her some make-up and jewellery for her big day. We are all really thrilled."
