Order online by 5pm and you’ll receive your order the next working day. If your item is not in stock, we provide a delivery estimate on the product page. Here’s what makes our service great;

-       UK mainland delivery is free on all orders over £100 excluding VAT, and just £3.99 for orders under £100.

-       Free returns on orders over £100 +VAT. Now even easier with Collect+

Returns

If for any reason you're not totally satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us for a full refund. All we ask is that you return it within 30 days, paperwork included, and in the same condition as when it arrived.

Personalised items such as embroidered logos or text can't be returned if you change your mind, as we're unable to re-stock those items. However, if you've found your garment is incorrect or faulty you can arrange return.

How do I send a return?

  • You can return your item by posting it yourself, or by using Collect+ at one of over 6,000 Collect+ stores across the UK.
  • If you've spent over £100, you'll find a Collect+ returns form with the despatch note accompanying your goods. 

How do I return my items using Collect+?

Returning your items using Collect+, is completely free when you spend over £100. Collect+ is available in over 6,000 local stores, many with late opening hours.

To return your item for free using Collect+  follow these steps:

  1. Complete the returns section of your delivery note, by telling us your return reason(s).
  2. Enclose the returns form within your parcel, and securely seal.
  3. Write your order number on the Collect+ sticky label, found in your parcel. Then stick it on your parcel so it covers the original shipping barcode
  4. Take your parcel to your nearest Collect+ store, and ask for a returns receipt.

Look out for the Collect+ logo in stores and supermarkets or use the store locator.

How do I return my items at the Post Office?

To return your item using the Post Office; follow these steps:

  1. Complete the returns section of your delivery note, by telling us your return reason(s).
  2. Enclose the returns form within your parcel, and securely seal.
  3. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office Branch, and ask for a returns receipt.
