The patriotic shoes flash red, white and blue and amazed TV audiences across the world when they were seen in the parade. They also ‘lit up’ social media with people desperate to get their hands on a pair!
We also created the rest of the outfit that Team GB wore in the ceremony including the white jacket with Team GB lion’s head. The mane of the lion incorporated a ‘thank you’ to Rio in Portuguese and a ‘hello’ to Tokyo as we hope Team GB will build on their fantastic success at the next Games in 2020. Instructions
When the shoes reach you they may well be in need of a charge as the button may have been knocked in transit. The package contains a USB charger (check inside each of the shoes to find it) which you’ll need to charge the shoes as follows:
1. Attach each end of the double mini USB charger into the charging point within the laces of both shoes.
2. Plug in the other end to either a PC, laptop or phone charger unit. When charging the soles of the shoes should pulse red on and off while charging.
3. The shoes should be fully charged after approx. 1 hour.
4. If you have any difficulty try charging the shoes individually.
