We are all over the moon about the news that we have been shortlisted for the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2018.
The awards recognise the businesses that have implemented successful and innovative customer service strategies. They’re run by the Institute of Customer Service which we recently joined.
We are nominated for Best Use of Technology after we rolled out Zendesk customer relationship software. Zendesk has transformed how we communicate with our customers and led to improvements across our business.
The technology means that we can easily track all communication and respond to customers quickly and efficiently. We’re also able to offer livechat so that we can provide speedy advice to customers shopping online.
Customers can now also rate how we’ve performed in every conversation they have with us, helping us further improve our service. Since we’ve had Zendesk customer satisfaction has increased to 92% and we’re committed to increasing this even further.
Rolling out the technology involved all areas of the business, particularly our IT and projects teams who’ve worked hard to ensure a seamless transition to the new way of working.
Being nominated is an award in itself, especially considering that we’re up against some of the UK’s best-known organisations including Talk Talk, Vodafone and EDF Energy. We’ve all got our fingers crossed for the awards ceremony in March!
