Nando’s is the biggest casual dining success story of the last decade. Thanks to its popularity among people of all ages – not to mention its celebrity fans – there are now over 350 Nando’s restaurants in the UK, and that number continues to rise.
With such rapid expansion, it’s testament to our team’s experience, service level and infrastructure at Simon Jersey that we can ensure stock is always available to be delivered to wherever it is needed, to keep up with demand.
Since 2014 we’ve been supplying Nando’s with their staff uniforms. We provide garments for all of the Nandocas, including grillers, trainees, hosts and managers in the UK as well as Zambia, Zimbabwe, India and the Middle East.
The Nando’s uniform range includes everything from aprons to shirts and t-shirts, with everything embroidered by us with the brand’s famous rooster logo. Since beginning work with Nandos we’ve reviewed and improved their uniform fabrics to suit their changing needs.
In a busy and fast-paced environment, it’s critical for the Nando’s team to stay cool and comfortable throughout their shift to give the best possible customer service. We’ve conducted international wearer trials to ensure that whoever is wearing the uniform, and wherever they are, they always feel their best. In addition to the standard uniform range that we created for Nando’s staff, we also provide them with maternity wear and produce special measure uniforms where needed to ensure that every member of staff is catered for.
