Tailored For You - Terms & Conditions


These terms ('Terms') apply to, a site operated by Simon Jersey Ltd (Simon Jersey). They set out the terms and conditions which apply to the Simon Jersey loyalty scheme Tailored For You. Your participation in Tailored For You means that you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms are not valid on any other website.


To qualify for, and to participate in, Tailored For You, you must be a current registered account holder on, aged 16 years or over. 

You will begin to earn points once you have placed a Qualifying Purchase (see below) and you will be able to keep track of your points when you log in to your account.

You are not able to merge multiple accounts together with someone else’s to gain more points, and we reserve the right to refuse or close accounts at Simon Jersey’s discretion.  

Simon Jersey may cancel, withdraw or alter Tailored For You at any time, including these Terms,without notice.

We can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your Simon Jersey account and/or revoking any points accrued if we have reason to believe that you are abusing Tailored For You in any way.

We have sophisticated customer tracking software and any fraudulent use of Tailored For You will result in deletion of all related accounts and removal of all points.

Tailored For You is for orders placed online at, if you place an order through the Simon Jersey call centre not through your online account, then it is subject to Simon Jersey’s discretion as to whether such offline purchase equates to a Qualifying Purchase.

If you have an existing discount for placing online orders from a Simon Jersey sales person, you cannot benefit from multiple discounts and if you are deemed to be using more than one offer, Simon Jersey reserves the right to withdraw invalid points from your account. 



A Tailored For You qualifying purchase ('Qualifying Purchase') is any purchase made on the website excluding delivery charges.



For each and every £1 you spend on any Qualifying Purchase from points will be added to your account as pending points. Points will be cleared on the 29th day after your purchase was placed provided no returns have been made.

Qualifying Purchases made in any currency other than Great British Pound (GBP) will be converted to GBP after making your purchase according to the conversion rates applicable at that time. You will accrue your pending points on the amount in GBP.

You will only receive points for every full pound (£) you spend in a single transaction. For example, if you spend 99p, you will not receive any points, if you spend £1 you will receive 1 point.



Once you have earned 500 points, you will be placed into the bronze level tier.

If you have more than 500 points when you place your next Qualifying Purchase, your points level will be allocated as follows:

·         Bronze: 500 - 999 points

·         Silver: 1,000 - 1,999 points

·         Gold: 2,000 - 4,999 points

·         VIP: 5,000 + points

Once you have accrued enough level points to take you to the next level, we will automatically move you up. Your points will take you into the Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum levels of the loyalty scheme, in each level you will automatically receive discounts on further orders that you place on

Points will be valid for three years, from the date on which they were issued (and when you spend points, you shall be spending your oldest points first). If you do not redeem your points by the end of the third calendar year then they will expire, and they will not be carried forward. Please log into your account to check the expiry date of your points.

Each level will give you access to greater rewards, as notified to you from time to time, which might include discounts, entry to competitions, prize draws and bonus points days. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will communicate to you at that time. Some level rewards may only be communicated via email, so you must be opted into emails to receive these and to fully benefit from the rewards in each level.


Your points will be classed as pending for 28 days after completing a purchase (the 'Returns Period') and then will 'clear' and will be added to your points on the 29th day provided Simon Jersey receives the total payment for that purchase and you do not make any returns during the Returns Period.

Points will be added on the 29th day after completing a purchase to allow for any returns during the Returns Period.

If, during the Returns Period, you return any of your purchased items for a full or partial refund, the pending points that have been earned will be deducted to reflect any returns made.

If you return an item outside the Returns Period, it is within Simon Jerseys' discretion as to whether your return is accepted. If it is, we will deduct the equivalent number of points and level points to reflect any returns made.


From time to time at Simon Jerseys' discretion, there may be opportunities to earn bonus points in addition on eligible purchases. Bonus points can be earned via special offers, which are advertised via email and at at the time of the event. If you want to benefit from these bonus point offers, you will need to be opted in to email communications to receive details of the offer. You must comply with the applicable terms and conditions for that offer, which we will communicate to you at that time.


Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way or traded, except as stated in these Terms.

In administering Tailored For You, Simon Jersey will be processing your personal details. You understand and agree that Simon Jersey may use data from your account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, for the purposes of analysis and so that specific recommendations and offers may be made to you.
