Logo Embroidery

Logo Embroidery is an excellent choice when branding a uniform. The embroidery work and high-strength thread detail are designed to withstand the wash-and-wear that uniforms require better than many other custom applications.

Text Embroidery

If you don’t have a company logo and want to personalise your workwear with your business or employee’s name, then text embroidery will work for you. Our online personalisation tool has hundreds of fonts and colours available to create the perfect design for your team.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer requires printing a design on special paper that when heated is transferred to the garment. The effect is a flat print that appears more embedded onto the garment than screen printing. Often for complicated designs, it may not be the best option and over time the design can fade due to high-volume laundering.

Add Your Logo or Text: Upload your logo or text in the font styling of your choice, then follow the on-screen instructions to preview this on your garment of choice.

Review and Order: Once you are happy with the placement and design simply follow the next step to add this to your basket and complete checkout.

Wait for Approval: Once we have received your order our team will moderate and notify you when approval is complete and moved to production.

Pricing

Our embroidery services are competitively priced and scale with your order size, making it cost-effective for businesses of all sizes. For every new logo, lettering or transfer file a set-up fee applies to create a digitized template that we can use to stitch or print. This is a one-off set-up fee only applicable to your first order.

What happens during moderation?

For all personalised orders our team will moderate this to ensure it meets our terms and conditions. If your order does not pass our profanity and copyright moderation, then we will cancel the order and notify you.

What type of file do I need to supply?

If you wish to add a logo, please upload this as a high-resolution AI, BMP, EPS, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, PSD, SVG to the online tool.

Could I receive a personalisation sample before placing a larger order?

We always advise placing an order for one garment to ensure that you are happy with the fit, sizing and colour as well as logo positioning before placing a larger bulk order.

Do you offer any discounts for personalising multiple garments?

Yes, we offer multibuy discounts for personalised orders. This includes Embroidered Logo, Embroidered Text and Heat Transfer. Please see the pricing table below for discounts and order amounts. The more you buy, the more you save.

Can I embroider or print on any item?

All the products listed in our Personalised Workwear category can currently be personalised using the online tool.

Unfortunately, not all our products are suitable for embroidery or set up for the process online currently. If you want a particular product to be personalised that’s not on the list then speak to our customer service team.

How long does delivery take for personalised products?

We need around 72 hours to moderate your order and personalise your items. For all personalised orders please allow up to 7-10 working days.

Please note that if you are ordering both personalised and non-personalised items the order will be consolidated and shipped following the delivery time above.

Do you accept returns on embroidered workwear?

Simon Jersey does not accept returns of embroidered orders.

To avoid disappointment, we would advise you to first order plain garments to ensure that you are happy with the fit, sizing and colour before then re-ordering your item with personalisation.

Why am I being charged a set up charge for a logo I have used before?

In order for you to not be charged a set up fee, you must select your logo from 'Gallery' within the personalisation tool.

Please note, once your order has been placed it can take up to 24 hours to appear in your gallery.

How do I track my order?

Once we have personalised and despatched your order you will receive an email notification from our delivery company with parcel tracking information.

How many fonts can I choose from on the online tool?

With over 500 fonts to use in our online tool we are confident you will find the perfect font. We also follow the Maderia embroidery colour chart that provides countless thread colour options for your bespoke design.
