  • Can I contact couriers directly?

    Unfortunately not, but if you contact our Customer Service team they will be happy to check the status of your order for you.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    If you need to make a complaint, our customer service team is on hand to help. You can get in touch with us via email at sales@simonjersey.com or by submitting a form here

    We aim to deal with your complaint within 14 days, but may need to carry out a more detailed investigation which could take longer. If this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know what's going on and when we're likely to have an outcome for you. This will be within 28 days of initial contact.

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you change your mind or the item is not quite what you expected, we have made the process of returning your items as hassle free as possible. Once you’ve received your items you have 30-days to return them for a refund. For more information, please visit our Returns Information page here.

    GENERAL NOTES

    • As of 1st December 2022, every UK online return that is sent via Evri will incur a £5.00 charge to cover the carrier costs back to our warehouse facility. This will be deducted from your final refund or credit note on receipt and inspection of the goods.
    • All International returns do not incur the returns fee as the return cannot be accepted through our Evri portal and so shipping must be pre-paid by the customer.
    • You can also choose to send your return via a paid Royal Mail. There will be no returns charge deducted by Simon Jersey. Instead, you will pay Royal Mail directly for the postage charge. If you chose other postage options, we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as we can’t accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.
    • PLEASE NOTE: When making a return using Evri, your dispatch number may begin with as many as three zeroes (0). To properly generate an accepted Evri returns label, please remove every zero at the start of the dispatch number.

    General Returns Process:

    • Items MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
    • All returns MUST include a completed return note in your parcel for processing.
    • Be sure to repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
    • Unfortunately, we can’t refund clearance and Spring savings items or garments that have been embroidered or personalised – unless faulty. We take pride in our garment quality and as such worn or washed goods will not be credited or replaced without the goods being inspected by our quality control department. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement.
    • Please allow 28 working days for your returned items to reach our warehouse, and then to be processed for a refund to be issued to your account.
  • How to make a UK return with Evri

  • How to make a UK return with Royal Mail

  • How to make an International return

  • How do I return my order?

    We offer a range of returns options trackable returns via Collect+ that can all be completed through our online portal here.

    You can also choose to send your return via a paid Royal Mail or another carrier of your choice, if so, there will be no returns charge applied.  If you chose other postage options, we recommend you obtain proof of postage, as we can’t accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit.

  • How long does delivery normally take?

    We offer a range of delivery options to suit you.

    • FREE Delivery over orders of £75 - up to 7 working days
    • Premium Delivery - up to 2 working days if you order before 12pm
    • Standard Delivery - up to 7 working days

  • How much does it cost for delivery?

    Our standard delivery is £4.99 for all UK orders (inc. VAT and other additional services e.g. personalisation), with free delivery available for all orders above £75 (inc. VAT).

  • What is PayPal Return Shipping On Us?

    Return Shipping On Us is a service offered by PayPal which allows you to claim back the cost of returning your online orders. Activate this service for free and PayPal will cover up to £15 of return shipping costs per return, for up to 12 eligible returns per year worldwide. To benefit from this service, activate the service in your PayPal account before making your purchase with Simon Jersey, then simply place your order paying with PayPal.

  • Refund policy
    • Please allow up to 28 working days for your returned items to reach our warehouse, and then to be processed for a refund to be issued to your account.

     

    • Please be aware we don't not accept exchanges.

    A new order will need to be placed. Any unwanted items will need to be returned and issued a refund.

     

    • Clearance and Springs Sale items can't be refunded unless faulty.

     

    • Personalised items can't be refunded unless faulty.

    We occasionally run promotions through email so sign up to our newsletter to ensure you don't miss out on any offers!

  • My discount code is not working

    This is accessible through the My Account section of the website and by clicking on 'Order History'. This page allows you to view the status of your current order and also allows you to re-order a previously made order.

  • What is the wishlist?

    Our Wishlist allows you to save a product that you like and re-visit it at a later date. You can also share your Wishlist with your friends/colleagues via email.

  • Can I amend an order?

    Placing an order with Simon Jersey is simple. You can place an order online and pay securely with debit or credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or a credit account.

  • When will a product be back in stock?

  • Can all of your products be embroidered?

    The majority of our products can be embroidered in all areas, but there may be some places on products where we would recommend to not have any embroidery. We will always alert you to this before you place your order. Please contact our Personalisation team for all embroidery enquiries.

  • Where are your products manufactured?

    We have multiple sources of manufacture. For any specific questions about where our products are manufactured please contact our Customer Service team at sales@simonjersey.com.

  • Are your products ethically manufactured?

    We ensure all of our suppliers are fully compliant with our needs as a business. All of our suppliers sign our Code of Conduct Compliance Commitment, participate in our Code of Conduct Compliance Scheme and acknowledge our Labour Standards Assurance System.

  • How do I subscribe to emails?

    This can be done when setting up your account or by joining the Simon Jersey newsletter, which can be done at the bottom right of any page on the website.

  • How do I unsubscribe from emails?

    You can click the 'unsubscribed' link within any email to do this. Alternatively, send us an email at sales@simonjersey.com and we will be happy to do this for you.

  • I can't make a payment

    Ensure that you are entering all payment details correctly, your billing address is correct and you have sufficient funds in your account.
