  • How do I make a complaint?

    If you need to make a complaint, our customer service team is on hand to help. You can get in touch with us via email at sales@simonjersey.com, through webchat, by submitting a form here or by calling us on 03444 994414.

    We aim to deal with your complaint within 5 days, but may need to carry out a more detailed investigation which could take longer. If this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know what's going on and when we're likely to have an outcome for you. This will be within 28 days of initial contact.

  • Are returns free?

    UK Returns are free through Collect+. However, you will need to pay carriage costs should your items be returned in another way.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, if you are not totally satisfied with your order simply send it back to us for a full refund. All we ask is that you return your order within 28 days, paperwork included, and in the same condition as when it arrived. You will find a returns note and address enclosed within your parcel. Please also note that any personalised items cannot be returned.

  • How do I return my order?

    You can return your order to us for free via Collect+.

    Alternatively, you will find a returns note and address on the dispatch note accompanying the goods, and you then only need to pay the shipping costs back to us. Always ensure you obtain a proof of return when returning parcels to us.

    If you have paid for your order using PayPal and have activated the 'Return Shipping On Us' service in your PayPal account, you may be eligible to claim a refund on your postage costs through PayPal.

  • How long does delivery normally take?

    If your order is placed before 6pm for delivery in the UK, we will aim to have your parcel delivered the next working day for our standard postage fee. Any orders above £60 will receive next working day delivery free. Delivery will take longer for personalised or embroidered items.

  • How much does it cost for delivery?

    Delivery is free for all UK orders above £60 (excl. VAT and other additional services e.g. personalisation), and £4.79 for any orders under £60.

  • What is PayPal Return Shipping On Us?

    Return Shipping On Us is a service offered by PayPal which allows you to claim back the cost of returning your online orders. Activate this service for free and PayPal will cover up to £15 of return shipping costs per return, for up to 12 eligible returns per year worldwide. To benefit from this service, activate the service in your PayPal account before making your purchase with Simon Jersey, then simply place your order paying with PayPal.

  • Does the Simon Jersey website offer discounts?

    We occasionally run promotions through email so sign up to our newsletter to ensure you don't miss out on any offers!

  • What is the loyalty scheme?

    Our 'Tailored For You' Loyalty Scheme rewards those customers who make repeat purchases with us. For every pound you spend, you will earn loyalty points that will accrue over time and allow you to become a bronze, silver, gold or platinum customer.

    Occasionally we will run a competition which allows you to win a prize! There is no set times for when these run so ensure you are signed up to our newsletter so you don't miss out!

    This is accessible through the My Account section of the website and by clicking on My Order History. This page allows you to view the status of your current order and also allows you to re-order a previously made order.

  • What is Refer a Friend?

    Our Refer a Friend feature allows you to recommend Simon Jersey to a friend for them to receive a 25% discount off their first order. We will then reward you with a 20% discount off your next order once they place their order!

  • What is the wishlist?

    Our wishlist allows you to save a product that you like and re-visit it at a later date. You can also share your wishlist with your friends/colleagues via email.

  • When will a product be back in stock?

    Each product will have stock information on its individual product page above the 'Add to Basket' button.
