  • How can I place my order?

    Placing an order with Simon Jersey is simple.

    You can place your order online, where you can pay securely by credit or debit card, paypal or a credit account.

    Alternatively you can call us on free-phone 0370 460 9047; Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm or Friday 8am - 6pm.

  • Can I order from overseas?

    Yes, you can order from anywhere around the world. Simply register with Simon Jersey to create an account and you will be able to view and purchase products in either UK Sterling or Euros.

  • Do you have offers on your website?

    Register an account with Simon Jersey and you will be entered into our Loyalty Scheme which rewards those customers who make repeat purchases with us. For every pound you spend, you will earn Loyalty Points that will accrue over time and allow you to become a Gold, Silver or Bronze customer, with each tier offering a discount on all your future purchases.

  • How much does it cost for delivery?

    Delivery is FREE for all UK orders over £50 (excluding VAT and the cost of additional services such as personalisation), and £3.99 for any orders under £50 (excl. VAT).

  • Can my order be delivered the next day?

    Yes, order online by 6pm for delivery in the UK, and Simon Jersey will ensure your goods arrive the next working day for just our standard postage fee.

    Also remember that delivery is free on all orders over £50 before VAT (excluding services such as personalisation).

  • Where is my delivery?

    Please have your order and account number to hand and call our customer services team on 0370 460 9047, who will be able to track the progress of your order for you.

    Alternatively, if you placed you order online, login to your My Account section where you will be able to track the progress of your order.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, if for any reason you're not totally satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us for a full refund. All we ask is that you return it within 30 days, paperwork included, and in the same condition as when it arrived. You'll find a returns note and address with the dispatch note accompanying goods. You only pay the carriage costs but we recommend that you get proof of postage. Orders over £50 (excluding VAT) from within the UK are free to return via Collect+. If you have paid for your order using PayPal and have activated the service "Return Shipping On Us" in your PayPal account before purchase, you may be eligible to claim a refund on your return postage costs through PayPal.

  • What is PayPal Return Shipping on Us?

    Return Shipping on Us is a service offered by PayPal which allows you to claim back the cost of returning your online orders. Activate this service for free and PayPal will cover up to £15 of return shipping costs per return, for up to 12 eligible returns per year worldwide. To benefit from this service, activate the service in your PayPal account before making your purchase on Simon Jersey, then simply place your order using PayPal.

    This can be done in the My Account section of our website, where you can amend details such as your name, billing address and newsletter subscription.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    If you need to make a complaint, our Customer Service team is on hand to help.

    You can get in touch with us by the following methods:

    We aim to deal with your complaint within 5 days, but may need to carry out a more detailed investigation which could take longer. If this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know what's going on and when we're likely to have an outcome for you. This should be within 28 days of your initial contact.
