Returns & Refunds

Want to return an item? No problem! Our returns policy is 30 days from the date you receive the order.

Follow our 3 simple steps:



All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. 

*Please note: Clearance items cannot be returned for a refund.



You will find the returns form in your delivery parcel. Please fill in the returns section:

- Write the quantity returned for each product style. 

- Write the reason why you’re returning the item(s) Reason codes can be found on the returns form.



You can send the package back to us through Royal Mail or a delivery service of your choice. We recommend that you use recorded delivery so that you can track the package.

Do you cover the postage charge for returned parcels?

Customers are liable for all return postage charges. Please email if you have received a faulty or incorrect item(s)

What is your refund policy?

- Please allow up to 28 working days for your returned items to reach our warehouse, and then to be processed for a refund and to be issued to your account. 

- We do not offer an exchanges service. If you want to order a replacement garment in the meantime, please place another order in the usual way. Any unwanted items will need to be returned and will be issued a refund. 

- Clearance items can't be refunded. 

- Personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty. 

- All items must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed to be refunded. 

- Faulty items: We take pride in our garment quality and as such worn or washed goods will not be credited or replaced without the goods being inspected by our quality control department. If we agree the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement. 

- All returns need to include a complete returns form - otherwise your refund is at risk of not being credited.

*All returns must be sent back with a complete returns form. We need this to process your refund. Please email if you can't find your despatch form as our customer experience team can support you with this.
