RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 

•  ALL UK returns are FREE AND TRACKABLE via Collect+
  
• Once you’ve received your items you have 30-days to return them for a refund
  
• Repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed
  
• Items can take a maximum of 28 working days for your returned items to reach our warehouse, be processed and fully refunded
  
• Personalised garments are non-returnable (unless faulty)
  
• Your return note must be completed and included in your parcel for processing.

1. Complete the online form with your despatch number, address and email address
   
2. Select a return method
   
3. Print your personal return label and attach it your parcel
   
4. Complete the return section of your delivery note and included it within your parcel
   
5. Your parcel is now ready to be returned at your nearest drop-off point.

Start your UK return via Post Office (Opting for Post Office returns will mean you are liable for the return charge)

1. Complete the returns section of your delivery note and include it within your parcel
   
2. Return items in original packaging and attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel
   
3. Take parcel to Post Office and ensure you keep proof of postage.

‘Return Shipping on Us’ is available to customers who have paid for their order using PayPal and have activated the service in their PayPal account prior to placing the order with Simon Jersey.
