Returns Information

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, we have extended our returns period to 60 days from receipt of your goods.


Please note:

- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed

- Items must not be damaged in any way

- Items must be in their original packaging (where possible)

- Clearance items and personalised garments are non-returnable (unless faulty)


1. Returns via myHermes ParcelShop (FREE for UK Mainland customers)

  • This service is FREE for all UK Mainland orders
  • Charges will apply for International Returns (please see table below for full details)
  • To return all, or part of your order, please click here
  • Enter your despatch number found on your despatch note (please see below for where this can be located), along with your delivery address and email address
  • Select the return method convenient for you
  • Print your personalised label and attach to the outside of your parcel
  • Fill in the returns paperwork enclosed within your parcel, including your reason for return, and include within your parcel before sealing. This will help us improve our service in the future
  • Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off location, or await your home collection
  • Please note that International Returns will follow the same process as above. Please see table below for full details of options and costs for International Returns

2. PayPal Return Shipping on Us

If you pay for your online order using PayPal you may be eligible to claim back the cost of return shipping through your PayPal account. PayPal "Return Shipping on Us" is a free service whereby PayPal will cover up to £15 of return shipping costs per return, for up to 12 eligible returns per year worldwide.* To benefit from refunded returns, activate the service in your PayPal account before making your purchase on Simon Jersey, then simply place your order using PayPal.

If you decide to return your Simon Jersey order, follow the instructions in your PayPal account for claiming back the cost of return shipping.

Please note the service "Return Shipping on Us" is only available to customers who have paid for their order using PayPal and have activated the service in their PayPal account prior to placing the order. This service is managed by PayPal and does not affect Simon Jersey's standard returns procedure; for any queries regarding the Return Shipping on Us service please contact PayPal. 3. Returns via Post Office (P&P)

  • Fill in the returns section of your delivery note, including the reason for return (this will help us improve our service!).
  • Repackage the item(s), in the original packaging.
  • Take the parcel to your local post office.
  • Attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel.
  • Please ensure you ask for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

A refund will usually be given within 15 working days from receipt of your parcel and will either be made directly to the card used for the original payment or as a credit to your account. Please note that refunds from International returns may take longer.
